What is the minimum order?
. You can mix brands and flavours to reach it — each category is counted on its own.
Why can I only add in tens?
Stock is packed and sold by the box (vapes) and in lots of ten cartons (cigarettes), so quantities go up in steps of ten.
How is freight calculated?
Freight is worked out from the total quantity in each category and shown before you submit. For destinations outside our standard delivery area, freight is quoted separately by your account manager.
How do I pay?
After you submit, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send bank transfer details. We dispatch once payment clears. All prices are in AUD.
Are prices fixed?
Prices shown are our current trade prices. Larger regular orders can get better rates — ask your account manager.
